Refund & Return Policy

Please read this policy carefully before requesting a return, replacement, or refund for any product purchased from irusu.co.in.

Return Eligibility

A product is eligible for return only if:

The product is unused and unaltered.
Returned in original packaging with all accessories and any free gift provided.
User manuals are included.
Warranty cards are included.
Original invoice / proof of purchase is included.
Serial number / UPC is intact, readable, and untampered.

Returns that do not meet the above eligibility conditions may be rejected after inspection.

Returns Will Not Be Accepted If

Product or box is physically damaged due to user handling.
Accessories or packaging are missing.
Serial number / UPC is missing, altered, or unreadable.
Product shows signs of misuse or mishandling.

Free Return Pickup Policy

1. Serviceable Pincodes

Free return pickup is available

2. Non-Serviceable Pincodes

The customer must ship the product on their own.

IRUSU will refund courier charges up to ₹120 after:

The product is received and inspected.
The tracking ID is shared with our support team.
The retrun Pickup will be done with 3 to 5 working days after return Approval

3. Temporary Suspension

Due to unforeseen circumstances (for example, pandemic restrictions or courier disruptions), free pickup services may be temporarily unavailable.

In such cases, courier reimbursement up to ₹120 will apply.

Refund Process

Return Request

Submit your return request with order details.

Inspection

Returned product is checked by our quality team.

Approval

Refund is approved if all eligibility criteria are met.

Refund Issued

Processed within 10–15 business days after approval.

Refunds are issued only after quality inspection and apply to the entire product only, not to partial components or accessories.

Refund mode will be the same as the original payment method whenever possible.
COD refunds will be processed via the preferred mode of payment shared by the customer.

Replacement Policy

Product replacement is allowed only once.
Replacement must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Subject to stock availability and inspection approval.

User-Damaged Products

Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for full refund or courier reimbursement.

Our support team may contact the customer to provide an alternative resolution where applicable.

Company Rights

IRUSU reserves the right to:

Modify, suspend, or terminate any return or refund offer.
Reject returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
Amend these policies without prior notice.

All decisions by irusu.co.in shall be final and binding.

Cancellation Policy

IRUSU reserves the right to cancel any order if:

The product is unavailable.
The order violates platform policies.
Technical or pricing errors occur.
The order cannot be fulfilled due to legal or logistical constraints.

Any eligible refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

Risk of Loss

All products are shipped under a shipment contract. Risk and ownership transfer to the customer upon handover to the courier.

Product Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive for accuracy, IRUSU does not guarantee that product descriptions, images, specifications, or other content are completely error-free.

If a product differs materially from its description, the sole remedy is return in unused condition.

Limitation of Liability

IRUSU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Electronic Record Notice

This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and does not require physical or digital signatures.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Governed by the laws of India.
Exclusive jurisdiction: Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Sales applicable only within India.
