Irusu Return & Refund Policy
7-Day Return Window
All products purchased from https://www.irusu.co.in are eligible for return within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the terms below.
Return Eligibility
A product is eligible for return only if:
The product is unused and unaltered
Returned in original packaging with:
All accessories along with any free gift provided.
User manuals
Warranty cards
Original invoice / proof of purchase
Serial number / UPC is intact, readable, and untampered
Returns will not be accepted if:
Product or box is physically damaged due to user handling
Accessories or packaging are missing
Serial number / UPC is missing, altered, or unreadable
Product shows signs of misuse or mishandling
Free Return Pickup Policy
1. Serviceable Pincodes
Free return pickup is available for FedEx-serviceable pincodes.
2. Non-Serviceable Pincodes
Customer must ship the product on their own.
Irusu will refund courier charges up to ₹120, after:
Product is received and inspected
Tracking ID is shared
3. Temporary Suspension
Due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., COVID-19), free pickup services may be temporarily unavailable.
In such cases, courier reimbursement up to ₹120 will apply.
Refund Process

Refunds are issued only after quality inspection

Refunds apply to entire product(s) only, not partial components
- Refund mode will be same as original payment

COD refunds will be processed via preferred mode of payment.

Refund timeline: 10–15 business days after approval
Replacement Policy

Product replacement is allowed only once

Must be requested within 7 days of delivery

Subject to stock availability and inspection approval
User-Damaged Products
Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for full refund or courier reimbursement.
Our support team will contact the customer to resolve such cases individually.
Company Rights
Irusu reserves the right to:
Modify, suspend, or terminate any return or refund offer
Reject returns that do not meet eligibility criteria
Amend policies without prior notice
All decisions by irusu.co.in shall be final and binding.
Cancellation Policy
Irusu reserves the right to cancel any order if:
Product is unavailable
Order violates platform policies
Technical or pricing errors occur
Order cannot be fulfilled due to legal or logistical constraints
Any eligible refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
Risk of Loss
All products are shipped under a shipment contract.
Risk and ownership transfer to the customer upon handover to the courier.
Product Accuracy Disclaimer
While we strive for accuracy, Irusu does not guarantee that product descriptions are error-free.
If a product differs materially from its description, the sole remedy is return in unused condition.
Limitation of Liability
Irusu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, even if advised of such possibility.

This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and does not require physical or digital signatures.
