Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible and the return policy will apply instead.
IRUSU provides convenient return pickup options depending on the serviceability of your delivery pincode.
Free return pickup is available for eligible locations where our courier partners provide return pickup services.
If return pickup is not available in your location, the customer will need to ship the product to IRUSU using a courier service.
The reimbursement will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
For approved returns, return pickup will generally be arranged within 3–5 working days, subject to courier availability and serviceability.
Due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier disruptions, natural events, operational limitations, or other exceptional situations, free return pickup may temporarily be unavailable. In such cases, courier reimbursement of up to ₹120 will apply, subject to the applicable return conditions.
